  • Meeting notes: Voice memos, transcripts, summaries, and written notes you record about people you meet
  • Contacts: People you choose to save beyond the event retention period

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: How you interact with the platform (e.g., pages visited, features used)
  • Device information: Browser type, IP address (for security and rate limiting)

Information from Third Parties

  • Google OAuth: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile picture
  • LinkedIn OAuth: When you connect LinkedIn, we receive your profile information (e.g., name, photo, headline) as permitted by your authorization

We do not sell your personal information.


Data Retention

  • Event data: Automatically deleted after the event's retention period (configurable per event, typically 7 days)
  • Saved contacts: Retained until you remove them
  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Voice memos and transcripts: Stored for the event retention period unless you save them in notes

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Access and update your profile information in Settings
  • Export your data (events, meetings, notes)
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of optional features (e.g., voice memo transcription)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability.


Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account.
